2- FLAX SEED: Blend into your baking! Bake with muffins, cookies. Sprinkle into pancakes, muesli, cereal or top on your yogurt, granola and dessert.

3- WALNUTS: Throw into your cereal, top on your granola, bake into your cookies, pulse in a food processor and crust a halibut with some herbs and sea salt: Walnut crusted halibut!? Mmm sounds dee-lish honey!

4- BEANS! – Soy, Navy or Kidney Beans: Toss them into your next arugu la-la salad! I love canned beans in my salad b/c they are simply dirt cheap and easy! (haha!) Get those omega’s from

5- EX VIRG OLIVE OIL: Cook with it everyday!! Just like the popular Mediterranean diet says, go for olive oil everyday! I believe it keeps my skin supple, my hair shiny and my attitude positive! Olive oil is marv applied on the skin and hair too and don’t forget about the fab avocado and all it has to offer in the omega-3 department (mmm avocados…a california spesh). u00a0A new fave on the go meal that i started due to laziness and when I have no time to break for lunch: cut an avo in half (from top to bottom), remove the seed, and in the wellu00a0in the center,u00a0left from the seed–pour cholula chili garlic (or your fave hot sauce) in the middle and eat with a fork. u00a0The avo skin acts as a bowl and it’s like spicy guacamole. u00a0So good and you can eat it on the go!!!
